The double doors open and we step on the restored parquet, with the sun’s rays following us through the 3 spacious rooms, 17.74 sqm, 16.29 sqm and 15.85 sqm, imagining ourselves arranging the furniture with which we will decorate our new property.
Smiling, a little thirsty, we go to the 10 sqm kitchen, after a glass of cold water like ice.
